Immerse yourself in the peacefulness that is Mount Shasta.

Day 1 - San Francisco to Mount Shasta

It’s a 4.5 hour drive up to Shasta with wineries, Redding, and Shasta Lake all being worth-while stops along the way.

Explore Mount Shasta

Set your trip intention with a reiki, tarot card, or astrology session at Shasta Rainbow Angels. Check out the main street area before setting up camp - just 5 minutes outside of town, on secluded land with your own private swimming hole.

Day 2 - Explore Mount Shasta

Call the Pneuma Institute Retreat Center ahead of time to reserve a yoga class and session in the mineral springs. Once you’re finished up here, drive back through town toward the base of Mount Shasta. Pull off at the Lower Panther Meadow for a van-side, mountain-view picnic. There’s a handful of hikes in this area too. Grab dinner at Pipeline before heading back to camp.

Day 3 - Mount Shasta to Shasta Lake

Grab coffee and/or breakfast at Seven Suns. As you head an hour south to Shasta Lake, do a little waterfall hop. Feel the sights and sounds of Mossbrae, Hedge Creek, Botanical Gardens, SweetBriar and more scenic vistas.

Explore Shasta Lake

Before you set up camp at Bailey Cove, check out Lake Shasta Caverns National Landmark for unique views inside the Earth. Enjoy your last night along the brisk waters of Shasta Lake.

Day 4 - Shasta Lake to San Francisco

Head back down to San Fran for your last 4+ hours in your Cabana.

Why stop here? There's so much more to explore.
