Take your Cabana on the Seattle Ferry to the Peninsula, a truly unique experience as Seattle has the largest ferry system in US and 3rd largest in the world.
Reminiscent of a land before time, the Hoh Rainforest, is a temperate rainforest in which every surface is coated in moss and leaves.
Start the day with breakfast and a 1.1 mile leisure hike through The Hall of Moss (you'll feel like your in a real life Dr. Suess book).
Visit Lake Quinalt, which was visited by President Franklin D. Roosevelt in 1931 months before he made Olympic forest a National Park, and find out why he was inspired to protect the land so quickly after seeing it.
Stop in for breakfast at Roosevelt Dining Room in Quinalt Lodge before heading south.
Head to Cannon Beach and catch sunset or a beach campfire at Haystack Rock.
Spend time exploring one of the many trails at Ecola State Park where the routes offer clifftop views of the picturesque seascape.
Grab a beer at Public Coast brewing before exploring exploring Ecola State Park a few miles south of Cannon Beach
Stop at Arcadia Beach State Park, a shady grove just off the highway and a few feet from the sandy ocean beach below,, for coffee and final views of Haystack Rock.
Make your way to Pacific City to hike a 200+ foot sand dune and watch some of the best surf in all of Oregon at Cape Kiwanda.
Stop by the beach in the morning for whale watching, Cape Kiwanda is designated location on The Whale Trail.
Head east to Bend where views of deep river canyons, other worldly volcanic formations, and charming downtown await you. Once arriving, walk famous Bend River Walk to see shops, restaurants, and relax into your evening.
Take your time at Smith Rock. There are several thousand climbs in the park and miles of hiking trails. Along your trip through the canyon, you might see golden eagles, prairie falcons, mule deer, river otter and beavers.
Head back into town for an amazing meal, we recommend Spork (award winning restaurant for any type of diet), and explore the many breweries studding the downtown neighborhood.
Drive 3 hours to Portland where weird is cool, craft beer is mainstream, and nature is omnipresent throughout the city.
