What time is check-in and check-out?

Cabana operates with standard hotel check-in and check-out times: 3pm check-in and 11am check-out.

Want to get an early start or catch one last sunset? Add early pick-up (6am) or late drop-off (8pm) during check out.  Early pick up is available Monday-Friday based on availability, and late drop-off is available Sunday - Thursday based on availability.

Can I take a one-way trip?

One way trips are available from November 1, 2021 - March 1, 2022 between our Seattle and LA locations. There is a $750 one way fee and a mimunum travel duration of 7 days. To request a one way trip, fill out this form at least 14 days prior to your requested travel dates. Our customer support team will review your request within 48 hours and notify you via email.

Can I take my dog with me?

Yes! There is a $100 pet fee to cover the additional cleaning required after four-legged passengers travel. To further simplify your packing list and make travel even more comfortable for your furry friend, add the Dog Kit to your booking at checkout.

Where do I stay overnight?

For assistance planning and booking campsites, add Cabana Concierge at checkout. Our trip planners will put together an itinerary curated for you.

With Cabana, you can stay in tent or RV campsites that fit a 20’ vehicle. In certain areas like national forests, Bureau of Land Management land, and even some city streets, you are able to pull off the road and spend the night where you would like. With necessities like the shower and toilet included, traditional campground amenities are not needed. View our recommended resources for finding campsites of all kinds here.

What’s included in a Cabana?

For a complete list of what your Cabana comes with and the items you can add, click here.

Here are some of our guests’ favorite inclusions:

  • A shower (with hot water!)
  • A toilet -- No more roadside rest stops needed
  • A queen sized bed -- or extra comfort, anywhere
  • Linens, towels, and toiletries -- Pack light knowing the basics are ready and waiting.
  • Coffee and a kettle -- We’re based in Seattle, so we take our coffee seriously.

And here are the most popular add-ons:

  • Kitchen -- Cooking is much nicer with a view! Add a slide-out two burner stove to your trip
  • Camp chairs -- For those moments enjoying a morning coffee in the sun or the starry night sky fireside.
  • Dog Kit -- Make travel more convenient and comfortable for you and your pup! The kit includes a padded dog mat, pop-up travel dog bowls, compostable poop bags, and a tennis ball for fun on the road.
